A developer approached Elle J Design to design four homes (two-duplexes) on the same lot in the hopes of selling the homes for profit. Each of these homes is around 5,000 SF with 4-6 bedrooms and 4-6 bathrooms they call their own. In all the homes we focused on a mountain-modern style, cool, but warm tones and always had in mind appealing to the public. Even though they all had a similar concept, each home has its own curated design. 1712-1 incorporated wood beams, barnwood, hot metal accents, black, satin nickel and champagne brass fixtures throughout.
